(3/4″ Offset for use with Aluminum Doors and Frames)
PV-1000 – For use on Flush Doors
PV-1500 – For use on 1/8″ Recessed Doors
PV-3000 – For use on Flush Doors
PV-3500 – For use on 1/8″ Recessed Doors
PV-4001 – For use on Left Hand Flush Doors

PV-4002 – For use on Right Hand Flush Doors
■ A380 aluminum alloy precision die cast pivot portions.
■ Oilite bronze bushing in top frame pivot portion.
■ Case hardened, spring loaded pin in Top Door pivot portion.
■ Full race ball bearing in Bottom Door Pivot portion.
■ Steel reinforcement plates for door portions provided with
PV-5000 and PV-7000.
■ Bottom Door pivot portion with 3/16” vertical height
adjustment in the bearing with PV-5000 and PV-7000.
PV-5000 – For use on 1/8” Recessed Doors (YKK Type)
(includes Door Reinforcement Plates)
PV-6000 – For use on 7/64″ Recessed Doors
PV-7000 – For use on 1/8” Recessed Doors (Kawneer 50-
300 Type) (includes Door Reinforcement Plates)
■ Case hardened pivot stud in Floor/Jamb pivot portiond
■ Floor/Jamb portion with 1/8″ vertical height adjustment.
■ Finishes available:
AL – Satin Aluminum
SL – Sanded and Lacquer (PV-4000 Only)
BK – Black
