The Norton 7110SZ Series SafeZone® door closer is designed to keep people safe in different types of buildings by detecting motion and providing intelligent door control functions. This Low Energy Power Operators Electromechanical Door Closer uses a programmable motion sensor to detect movement and allow the door to open manually and remain open when someone passes through the opening. It has a multi-point, electromechanical closer/holder and comes in different spring sizes. The hold open time and sensitivity are adjustable, and it can be mounted on either the push or pull side of the door frame. This door closer has a sensor that detects movement in both directions and has separate latch, sweep, and backcheck intensity valves. The staked valves and metal covers give it a durable and reliable look. With the Norton 7100 Series, you can rest assured that the safety of the people in your building is a top priority.
