The Rixson 30 Floor Closer, part of the Norton Rixson 30 Series, is a double-acting, center-hung solution for standard door frame installations. Suitable for both interior and exterior doors weighing up to 200 lbs, the Rixson 30 offers smooth, reliable performance in a compact, concealed design. Ideal for applications where aesthetics and functionality are equally important, the closer is engineered for durability and ease of installation.

• Double acting, non-handed
• Interior or exterior doors
• 340 top pivot included
• Available non-hold open (N) or automatic hold open (A) at 90° (requires 93° swing) or 100 ° (requires 103° swing)
• Maximum door opening 103°
• Centering arm with adjusting screws in face of door (critical for double acting doors)
• Adjustable closing speed valves for each direction of door swing
• The mechanism returns the door to the center
• Auxiliary door stop required, overhead or floor type
• Not allowed for fire-rated doors
• Available with floor plate or threshold installation
• Furnished with wood and machine screws
• Extended spindles available in 1/2″ increments up to 2″
