MODEL Q27/QT27 | 3/4″ OFFSET HUNG FLOOR CLOSERS

The Norton Rixson Q27/QT27 Series is a 3/4″ offset-hung floor closer designed for 1 3/4″ door frame installation for interior or exterior doors weighing up to 350lbs.

PRODUCT FEATURES

• Q27 floor closer, non-hold open
• Single acting, handed
• Exterior or interior doors
• 180 top pivot included
• One M19 intermediate pivot included (closer cannot be ordered without the intermediate pivot)
• Available non-hold open (N) or selective hold open (S) at the same degree as dead stop
• Built-in positive dead stop prevents doors from swinging beyond the desired opening degree; specify 85°, 90°, 95°
• Separate independent valves for closing speed, latch speed, and backcheck
• Vertical door adjustment
• 3/4″ offset only
• Cycolac, rust-proof cement case
• Doors 60″ (1524mm) to 90″ (2286mm) in height should use one intermediate pivot – each additional 30″ (762mm) warrants another intermediate pivot
• Mortise arm with thru-bolt attachment
• Furnished with wood and machine screws
• Door width up to 4 0″ (1219mm)
• Door weighs up to 350lbs.
