MODEL 328 | CENTER HUNG, SINGLE ACTING FLOOR CLOSERS

The Norton Rixson 328 Series is a single-acting, center-hung floor closer designed for interior or exterior glass doors weighing up to 325 lbs. It has patch fittings.

PRODUCT FEATURES

• 328 floor closer, non-hold open
• Single acting, handed
• Exterior or interior doors
• Glass doors with patch fittings
• Available non-hold open (N) or selective hold open (S) at the same degree as dead stop
• Built-in positive dead stop prevents doors from swinging beyond the desired opening degree; specify 85°, 90°, 95°, or 105°
• No arm or top pivot included
• Separate and independent valves for closing speed, latch speed, and backcheck
• Cycolac, rust-proof cement case
• Not allowed for fire-rated doors
• Frame stop required on the header at lock side; if not supplied by the frame manufacturer, Norton Rixson 60131 recommended
• Floor plate standard (for threshold application, an extended spindle is required)
• Patch fittings by others (Norton Rixson will provide spindle configuration to fit – provide details when ordering)
• Door sizes up to 3’2″ x 8’0″
• The door weighs up to 325lbs.
